Maharashtra Political Crisis: The game of check-box continues in Maharashtra’s politics. The reign of Uddhav Thackeray, sitting at the top of power as ‘Badshah’, is at stake. Eknath Shinde is playing every bet on the chess of politics. In front of his move, the entire politics of Maharashtra is seen changing. A picture of him is telling the game of power. In this picture, Eknath Shinde is seen playing chess. The picture has also become special because at this time a game of check-and-match is going on in the politics of Maharashtra as well.
Eknath Shinde has revolted and planted thorns in the path of the coalition government of Maharashtra. It started after the results of the Legislative Council elections in Maharashtra. Since then, it is becoming difficult for Uddhav Thackeray to reconcile the earthquake that has come in the politics of Maharashtra. Actually, on Tuesday, Eknath Shinde had revolted. Shinde along with many Shiv Sena MLAs directly from Mumbai reached the hotel in Surat, Gujarat. As soon as this news came to the fore, there was a stir in the Maharashtra government and after that the moves started on the political board of Maharashtra.
Shinde’s rebellion, Shiv Sena showed attitude
While Shiv Sena accused the MLAs of forcibly lifting them, Shinde said that this is a rebellion. After this, the meetings of the main parties of Maharashtra started and the rebel MLAs were sent from Surat to Guwahati. Shiv Sena initially showed its attitude on Shinde’s rebellion. Shiv Sena first removed Eknath Shinde as the leader of the legislature party and then threatened to cancel the membership of other MLAs including Shinde.
CM vacates government residence
Meanwhile, MLAs continued to join Shinde’s faction. After this, Eknath Shinde created a stir in the politics of Maharashtra by calling himself the real Shiv Sena. Along with this, he also put a condition in front of CM Uddhav Thackeray to separate from MVA and form government with BJP. This announcement had such an effect that CM Uddhav Thackeray himself had to come forward and give a statement. Uddhav Thackeray addressed the people of Maharashtra and said that if my own people are not with me, then I will resign. Shinde come to me and take my resignation. After this, CM Uddhav Thackeray vacated the official residence Varsha Bungalow with his family and went to Matoshree.
Sanjay Raut also appeared to be softening
On the other hand, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut, who was showing his attitude to the rebel faction from the beginning, was also seen softening today. After all the efforts and giving all kinds of statements, finally Sanjay Raut agreed to get out of MVA. He said that MLAs should not communicate with Guwahati, they should come back to Mumbai and discuss all this with the CM. The MLAs are ready to consider exiting the MVA if they so desire.
13 MLAs in CM’s meeting, 42 with Shinde
The effect of Shinde’s rebellion was that when Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray held a meeting today, only 13 MLAs reached this meeting. Shinde also released a video with the MLAs from Guwahati and claimed that he has got the support of 49 MLAs. 42 MLAs of Shiv Sena and 7 Independent MLAs are present with him.
Shinde put this condition now
At the same time, on the offer of Sanjay Raut to come out of MVA, Shinde again made his move. He made a condition that Uddhav Thackeray resigns from the post of Chief Minister and comes out of Maha Vikas Aghadi, only then will there be further talk. We cannot believe Uddhav’s words. Now it has to be seen how long this game of checkmate continues and for how long Uddhav Thackeray will remain at the helm of power.
