NCP Chief Sharad Pawar on Maharashtra Political Crisis: Political agitation has intensified once again in Maharashtra. Senior Shiv Sena leader and minister Eknath Shinde is said to be angry. Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde is reportedly reported to be camping in a hotel in Surat, Gujarat along with several party MLAs. Eknath Shinde is said to be angry with the three parties involved in the alliance, Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP. Meanwhile, NCP chief Sharad Pawar has said that an attempt is being made to topple the government for the third time in Maharashtra. He said that the government is running perfectly.

Amidst the political turmoil in Maharashtra, NCP chief Sharad Pawar said that it was never heard that Eknath Shinde wanted to become the Chief Minister. He said that after seeing the situation today, I feel that some way will be found. He said that he can meet Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray tonight.

Amidst the political uproar after Eknath Shinde’s displeasure in Maharashtra, NCP chief Sharad Pawar said that efforts are being made to topple the government for the third time in Maharashtra. He said that I think some way will come out. He claimed that no NCP minister has rebelled. Sharad Pawar said that under the leadership of Uddhav Thackeray, the MVA government will continue to run properly in the state.

According to sources, Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde is reportedly out of touch with the 21 MLAs. On the other hand, Shiv Sena has started trying to persuade Eknath Shinde. BJP has said that the countdown to the government has started. The development comes amid allegations of cross-voting by some Shiv Sena MLAs. After suspicious cross voting in the MLC elections, Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray had called an urgent meeting of all the party MLAs on Tuesday afternoon.

What is the displeasure of Eknath Shinde?

Eknath Shinde is upset with the top leadership after he was allegedly neglected in the functioning of the party and the government. Several media reports also said that Shinde and his supporters had complained of step-motherly treatment by Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar in the allocation of funds. On Monday, the NCP accused the opposition BJP of indulging in horse-trading in the Maharashtra Legislative Council elections and indulging in secret agreements.
