Maharashtra Political Crisis: Rebel MLAs Of Shiv Sena Are Staying In Guwahati Hotel, TMC Workers Reached And Demonstrated

Maharashtra Political Crisis: Amidst the ongoing political turmoil in Maharashtra, the Eknath Shinde faction, which rebelled against Shiv Sena, has claimed the support of 48 MLAs with them. At present, 41 MLAs of Shiv Sena are present in Guwahati.

On the other hand, Trinamool Congress protested fiercely this morning outside the hotel in Guwahati where the rebel Shiv Sena MLAs are staying. The protest is being led by Assam chief Ripun Bora of Trinamool Congress (TMC). Amidst the protests, a large number of policemen and security personnel tried to keep the protesters under control.

The protesters raised slogans accusing the ruling BJP of Assam of investing all its resources in enabling a Shiv Sena coup to topple the Uddhav Thackeray government in Maharashtra. TMC alleged during the protest that the state government has done nothing to help the people affected by the heavy floods in the state. Let us inform that due to incessant rains, many areas of Assam have been flooded. More than 55 lakh people have been affected by the floods caused by the rising waters of the Brahmaputra and Barak rivers. Since May, 89 people have died in the floods.

Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena is getting weak

According to the latest information, out of the total 55 MLAs of Shiv Sena, only 16 MLAs are now in the camp of CM Thackeray. In such a situation, there is panic in the party. Meanwhile, along with the MLAs, now MPs are also seen coming in support of Eknath Shinde. According to sources, 17 MPs are in touch with Eknath Shinde. Police station MP Rajan Vichare and Kalyan MP Shrikant Shinde are present in Guwahati. Wasim MP Bhavna Gawli, Palghar MP Rajendra Gavit, Ramtek MP Krupal you have also shown your support.
