New Delhi. country’s number one tennis player Ramkumar Ramanathan (Ramkumar Ramanathan) and Yuki Bhambri (Yuki Bhambri) has lost in the first round of the qualifying round of the third Grand Slam Wimbledon of the year. Yuki was defeated by Bernabe Japta Miralles of Spain while Ramanathan was defeated by Vit Kopariva of the Czech Republic. Yuki was defeated by the Spanish player 7-5, 6-1 while Ramanathan was defeated by Kopariva 7-5, 6-4.
Yuki Bhambri started well. He took a 5-3 lead initially but Miralles soon made a comeback. The Spanish player again did not give a chance to the Indian player and registered a brilliant victory. Yuki Bhambri, 29, got a chance in qualifying through the Injury Protected Ranking. However, they got a tough draw. Miralles has recorded several good victories in the recent past.

Miralles reaches fourth round at French Open
Spanish player Bernabé Japta Miralles made it to the fourth round of the French Open, the second Grand Slam of the year, last month via qualifying. During this, he defeated players like Taylor Fritz and John Isner of America. However, after that he had to face defeat against Alexander Zverev. World ranked 90th player Miralles will next take on Antoine Hoang of France.
Kopariva will next take on Sebastian Ofner
The 19th seed Kopariva defeated Ramanathan. Kopariva first came into the limelight last year when he defeated a player like Denis Shapavalov in a semi-final match on claycourt. After losing the first set, Ramanathan was forced to face defeat despite an early lead in the second set. Kopariva will next face Austria’s Sebastian Oufner in the next round.
